Access to Services at the Northwest Hospital Geropsychiatric Center

Patient Referrals
Any physician, residential care facility, community agency or mental health professional may refer a patient to the Northwest Hospital Geropsychiatric Center Family. Self-referrals are also welcome.

How to Refer
Referrals can be arranged directly by calling the following program numbers:

  • Referrals for admission to the inpatient program can be made 24 hours a day at (206) 368-1835
  • Referrals to the outpatient program can be made by calling the community assessment coordinator at (206) 368-1813
